Each season carries its own wisdom.
By tuning into the seasons using inquiry and our senses, we allow nature and her clues to guide us into being more internally referenced for a more vibrant, flowing, and soulful balance in life, and our relationships.
Each season is different - just as each phase of life is different and carries it’s own wisdom. It has different energetics, different ways to move, and different herbs for well-being that support the changing energies and energetics of not only the season, but your body as well.
At the end of the season, you’ll know what movement, time to self, nourishment, ritual, foods, and herbs best support you. 
You’ll remember what it is like to really THRIVE in the world aligning your unique rhythm with lifestyle, mindset, emotional body, and self care needs to the cycles of the seasons

“I don’t think I have ever felt so nurtured”
This was my second year “wintering” with Lisa. The first year was learning how to slow down and I don’t think I have ever felt so nurtured since my first pregnancy eons ago. There were times we just sat in quiet, so amazing to be able to do THAT without a special retreat! The second year has been all about slow downing after the holidays and finding the ways I love to nurture myself. I can’t wait to Winter with her again next year and see what comes through.

      We are intimately interconnected, not separate from, nature’s cycles and rhythms. When we become more aware of this interconnection, we can more easily notice how we are really feeling. We can more easily remember to realign or shift our energies in a direction that is more supportive, more fulfilling, and more nourishing in the moments we need it. Just like the moon moves between light and dark, we are reminded of the necessity of it all… the light and dark, the loud and quiet, the fast and slow, the abundant and fallow, the dying and replenishing. This is how we strengthen, support, and balance ourselves in the world.

      Definitely not. This is not a standardized program. I take great care in getting to know my clients and guiding them to find a way of "self-caring" that illuminates them from the inside out.

      Self care is truly a journey. A lot can come up that seemingly stands in the way of us creating time and space for ourselves. This is all useful information for knowing ourselves. So long as you are bringing awareness during the times when self care feels hard, you are still "on the bandwagon." Self care is probably simpler (and more effective) than you think... All you need is a curiosity and a willingness to show up. The rest will unfold naturally.
